To manage an institution with enormous social responsibilities makes me more sincere about my job every single day. Being the Director of the school, I view my role not just as an administrator, but as a custodian of trust.
I have to strike a delicate balance among many factors. From maintaining top-tier infrastructure to appointing the best faculties and providing them adequate training after appointment every detail matters. Managing resources and spending them whole-heartedly for the welfare of the students are some of the primary goals I strive to achieve.
